Modern and nicely decorated "ACOMODIS" apartment combines perfectly with the old style of the building. This "ACOMODIS" apartment is completely exterior with four balconies overlooking the street, is a 3rd floor with natural light. In his rehabilitation all the original architectural elements were respected. The building where the "Acomodis" apartment is located is right next to the Gothic cathedral of Barcelona, just 500 meters from the port and its adjacent beaches. Because of its unique situation is not necessary to use any transport, being 5 minutes walk from the Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya. Most museums and major attractions are within walking distance, however the main bus lines and Metro are located right next to this "ACOMODIS" apartment. Manel did such a great job letting me know what to expect with the building and the apartment and I felt that without him, my trip to Barcelona wouldn't have been the same. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was just what I expected Barcelona to be. It is well located and I was never at a loss as to what to do. All I had to do was step outside the door! I can't wait to return to this apartment. Probably sooner than later ;) AWESOME STAY! This apartment is fabulous on all fronts. The location couldn’t be better and the dual-connected apartments are perfect for four! Lots of natural light and right in the thick of all the energy the gothic quarter has to offer. Love that it is just off in a side street, not in a main square. We loved the four balconies. We won’t hesitate to book again! GREAT LOCATION IN THE GOTIC AREA The property description and photos are totally accurate. The location is central to the Gotic Barri. The reception and overview by the management company was thorough. The two-room flat is very nice, with one room a little larger and convenient for families. One caveat, which is not unusual for these type of properties, is that there is a long stair climb (no elevators). Also, there is a parking structure next door which is undergoing conversion to apartments (noisy during the day, while you are probably gone). GREAT STAY OVERALL! Very good location - walking distance to many great restaurants, bars and sights. The apartment had everything we need and was very spacious and comfortable. AMAZING PLACE!!! This apartment was simply amazing. It is in a great location, very clean and is great for families. We comfortably had 6 people and still had lots of privacy. It is basically two apartments that connect. We particularly enjoyed all the balconies. Would highly recommend this property!!! Guest access You'll have full access to the "ACOMODIS" apartment.
