This space has exclusive access via the front door. Guests in this area also have access to the living room and access to the full kitchen on this level. The property manager also has access to the kitchen from the rear entrance. Located -Close to Newport and the Music Festivals. Bring your bikes or rent them just a block from the house. There is a wide bike-lane all the way to the town beach. Close to the Block Island ferry - for a great cycling day trip or to walk the island down town area with restaurants and pubs galore. If you kayak, I suggest starting your vacation by Kayaking the Narrow River to Narragansett Town Beach because you will want to go this route more than once. Guest access Guests have full access to the shared kitchen. The laundry on-site is pay per load. Walking distance to Brinkley ice cream, coffee café, CVS, Bank/ATM, Bike rentals, Fresh Food Market, liquor store, fine-casual dining, breakfast diner, and take-out includes Chinese, Pizza Places, Seafood, 2 Sports Pubs w/live music on weekends, the other a couple of pool table, town park with Tennis, pickleball, & basketball courts, and ball field. The town beach is 3 miles by bike or car, or you can kayak The Narrow River; bring yours or rent them nearby. Other things to note This space is rented for three nights up to the entire summer. It is listed separately as a monthly furnished rental from Sept to May. When there are only two days available between existing reservations, I may accept a two night stay.
