Villa with Pool and Hot Tub

Immersed in the olive groves of San Vito dei Normanni, Villa Kalorama offers relax, fun and privacy. Located just 2 km from the town of San Vito dei Normanni, 19 km (only 18 min) from Brindisi airport and 12 km from the Adriatic sea, it is the perfect place to escape from the hectic stress of the city. Watch the video on youtube, typing “Villa Kalorama | Puglia" The space The house is accessed from a private road that ends at the property's automatic gate. You will find the "Villa Kalorama" sign to the left of the gate. Guests will be able to benefit from the splendid outdoor spaces: the pine forest, excellent for relaxing in the shade, taking a nap in the hammock and perhaps playing cards on the lovely table, and the two solarium areas; lawn and pergola. The house has two areas for eating outside, under the jasmine which gives shade all day and is super cozy in the evening and under the veranda. A charcoal barbeque is also available for grilling with friends. The villa is composed of two areas: the recently renovated "trullo" and the recently built new area. The old trullo, characterized by its barrel vault, is connected via a small corridor to two bedrooms, both doubles (one of them has an additional bed). The latter share the first bathroom of the villa. In the trullo you will find a built-in kitchen, a fireplace and an alcove (niche) which houses a sofa for moments of relaxation. The veranda leads to the "new" area consisting of two rooms. The first constitutes the living room/kitchen, and includes a sofa (sofa bed), high table with stools and a large window overlooking the pool. The second is the bedroom, with a queen size bed and sliding glass door that overlooks the pool/jacuzzi. The second bathroom of the villa is connected to the bedroom. All the areas have AC. THE BOOKING IS FOR ALL PROPRIETY. Internet both wi-fi and with ethernet cable (there are sockets in almost every room) works well throughout the property. Repeaters have been installed to cover all areas, in order to allow smart working (if necessary). Outside, the solarium area with a 10 x 4 m swimming pool with a depth from 30 to 160 cm, a 2 x 2 m heated jacuzzi (optional, 30 € daily ) and an external shower. On the side, the pine forest with relaxation area with marble table, hammock and Table Tennis!!!In the back area you will find laundry room and half bath. All this is accessible via an automatic gate operated by a remote control that will be given to you at check-in. Our guests will have full access to the villa's services without sharing with outsiders. Other things to note The use of the heated Jacuzzi is optional at an additional cost (30€ a day). Payment will be made through the Airbnb platform once the booking has been done. LET US KNOW!!! The guestbook containing the house instructions and directions on how to reach us will be sent a few days before check-in. Security cameras have been installed in the outdoor common areas but they will switch off. One last thing, you should put the trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. We do really care about recycling.
