Pebble Cottage is a stylish coastal cottage, a perfect base for exploring Aldeburgh and the stunning Suffolk coast. A short pleasant walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and a short drive to Snape Maltings and Thorpeness. There are many beautiful walks from the door. A large park with a great children’s play area (+adult exercise equipment and tennis courts) & 2 small supermarkets are both very close by Private garden with a BBQ, loungers and dining table. Free parking on road The space Pebble cottage is a comfortable, stylishly designed Victorian house with lots of original features. It is well equipped with all the creature comforts including fast internet, Smart TV, SONOS speakers and coffee machine. It has super comfortable beds, hypoallergenic pillows and quilts and 100% white cotton bed linen and towels. There is a private courtyard garden with a BBQ and dining furniture. The Space MASTER BEDROOM Kingsize bed, beside tables, chest of drawers, hangers, occasional chair, full length mirror, privacy and black out blinds. SECOND BEDROOM (on second floor) Small double bed and a full size single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, 2 velux windows with blinds. THIRD ‘BEDROOM’/STUDY Sofa and writing desk. This is an ideal private workspace or play area. LIVING ROOM (seating for up to 6) A cosy room to relax, chat, read or watch TV. Two John Lewis sofas and two armchairs with coffee table, occasional tables, a Smart TV, a SONOS sound system, books and fireplace. DINING ROOM (seating for up to 6) Dining table and chairs, sideboard cupboard, wine rack and a reading corner with occasional chair, and a SONOS sound system KITCHEN A fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, washing machine, DAB radio and all the equipment you need to cook full meals BATHROOM A large bathroom on first floor with bathtub and separate walk in shower, basin and WC The bathroom has been remodelled this year (2025) including a new shower and new flooring DOWNSTAIRS CLOAKROOM There is a convenient second WC and hand basin located off of the boot room on the ground floor BOOT ROOM A useful place to kick off your shoes and hang coats as you enter the house OUTSIDE A small private enclosed garden to the rear with a paved area and roses. An EV charger is located less than 100m from the cottage. SHOPPING There is a Tesco Express, a large East of England Coop and No 5 Hair and Beauty Lounge less than 100m from the house. There is space to position the cot in the main bedroom or the study adjacent to the master bedroom is also ideal for a cot One well behaved dog can be accommodated - a pet fee will apply. The pub opposite occasionally hosts live music events, such as local singers. There is a Tesco Express and large Coop supermarket (with EV chargers) nearby. There is a pleasant walk through the park to the high street and beach where you can find restaurants, cafes and independent shops. Our neighbours have access through the passage at the rear of the cottage to enable them to put out their bins.
