Studio close to the fair and Munich

Our little oasis of coziness directly in the centre of the little village Feldkirchen, close to Munich. The space Close to Munich, we offer a modern & calm loft studio with separate bathroom in a newly built house. Size approx. 40m². Facilities: floor heating, shower, Sat - Plasma TV, High Speed Internet, coffee maker, hair dryer, towels & bed linen are provided. The house is very close to the Munich trade fair in Riem with subway connection (approx. 3 min. via car or 5 min. via public bus). A direct S-Bahn connection (20 min. to Munich Marienplatz (famous town hall) and 25 min. to the Octoberfeast) is 4 mins by foot nearby the house. Restaurants (e.g. bavarian), pubs (own brewery), fitness studio, cafés and a swimming lake are very close. Parking lot directly in front of the house. Even the soccer stadion (10 min. by car) and the Olympic stadion (approx. 35 min. by public transport) are close and Munich offers a variety of different christmas markets during winter.
