Brand new modern construction, elegantly designed and beautifully situated apartment in the city. Short walking distance to two huge parks, and major museum as well as grocery stores, bus and tram. 7 minute walk to train station, lake, and 30 minute walk (10 minute tram) to the famous old town area as well as Opera House. The space Large, top floor, 3 bedroom apartment with two terraces. Guest access The entire apartment minus a few cupboards kept for the owners belongings. Other things to note ** Summer consideration : we do not have air conditioning - like almost all homes in Zürich. The weather is quite unpredictable here but last year we did have a summertime heatwave. Cooler than Italy and France ;) In such a case it’s nice to just be down by the lake and keep the blinds closed in the apartment during the hottest time of the day. Afterward in evening it is quite easy to get a nice breeze throughout the home. Parking: There is a garage with guest parking, that allows for a Maximum of 3 day parking. However you have to register the car right away through a QR code hanging in the apartment and on the check-in guide. Each registration lasts for 12 hours and must be renewed. Fines for not following these guidelines correctly are at the guests responsibility. If you need longer than 3 days, we need to know the number plate ahead of arrival, so we can register with the management.
