Brand new, 3bed/3bath home tucked in at the end of a cul-de-sac. Less than 4 miles to the beach, 2 miles from the LAX airport. Right off 405 and 110. This is a California king bed in the room, and it possibly could have Pulloutsofa for additional people. It’s ideal for 2 to 3 people. No smoking inside, but there is a smoking table on the lawn outside. smoke outside!!:-) Common areas such as kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, you share with your roommates. Every room has private bath The space What makes this house unique than others, it’s an older home which has been renovated with a good taste. It’s close enough to the beach, and LAX airport. It’s right on 405 and 110. Guest access Surveillance cameras outside, and the driveway This is a fully gated neighborhood, so it’s very private. Please keep the gate closed at all times This is a smoke free home. If you’re a smoker of any kind cigarettes, or weeds, we suggest you smoke outside. It is street parking, but plenty of parking everywhere. Please be mindful to not block driveways, or do not park in the center of the parking. Ideally two cars could park in front of each house, and you don’t wanna block the entire space.🙏 Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please specify the number of people in your party. No sleepover, or extra people coming, as it was really add to our traffic, unless it’s disclosed at the beginning. This house is three bedroom, three bath. So every room has its own bathroom, and shower. Try not to use the bathroom for other rooms, or you could ask the person, before doing so. During your stay Most likely I will check you and the first time. The rest of the time at self check in
