Basement apartment: 2 Bed, 1 Bath, Full kitchen

Located near Spanish Fork canyon, our home has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. There is a grocery store and bus stop 0.5 miles away and close access to Costco and Walmart. It is a private entrance basement including one bedroom with a queen bed, another with two twin beds, a full kitchen and bathroom, and living room. The apartment includes electric fireplace, TV with chromecast, washer, dryer, pots, pans, and dishes/utensils. Twin size air mattress and port-a-crib also available. The space We have an acre of land with goats, chickens, and turkeys. Our yard is currently being worked on, so we apologize in advance for the lack of play area. We have beautiful views of the Wasatch mountains from the front and back windows. We do not allow smoking, drinking, or drugs on our property. Please do not book us if that will be an issue. Other things to note We are located just outside of city limits, which means all of our water comes from a well. We have a good water filter that we keep maintained. The water is perfectly safe, but even with the filter, the water can sometimes have a different taste and a sulphuric smell. For this reason we provide bottled water for our guests. Also, our children practice instruments. We make sure our music practice happens between 9 am to 6 pm. You will hear them practicing if you are here during those times. We provide complimentary ear plugs for those that might consider this a problem, or you can choose not to book us.
