We allow pets less than 30lbs and 4 adults MAX only. kids are welcome on bunks, master sofa and sofa downstairs. The space The best thing about this space is the access to the water : Beach in the morning afternoon or evening !!! The views of sunset are stunning! You are basically on the water! This stylish and well-appointed house on the beach has so much to offer : 2 king-size bed suites with private bathrooms! The master is larger with desk space and a sofa that can accommodate small kids! The kitchen is large with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. bunk beds on the main level can accommodate larger kids and teenagers as small kids. There is also small powder room under the staircase . There is laundry/mud room on the main as well. Dining area outside on main level balcony as well dining table and chairs inside. Guest access We have a key in a lock Box outside Contact via text directly as needed Other things to note The dog run is on the building 2 doors down west of us with plastic bags and trash bins for dog waste. We are ok with pets below 30 lbs in size NO DOG DUMPINGS IN BACK YARD of our home please . The backyard is the beach , so lets keep pets off this area. Use bags at the dog run listed above.
