Fairgoers! Soccer fans! College parents! Entire 1st floor, bright, spacious home in Hamline-Midway neighborhood, easy access to both St. Paul-Minneapolis downtowns. Walking distance: light rail (1 block), the Turf Club (1 block), Allianz Field (3 blocks). <10 min drive: MN State Fair, Universities: U of MN (StP & Mpls), Hamline, Macalester, Concordia, St. Thomas, St. Catherine's. Leave your car behind and hop on the light rail to Xcel Energy Center, Target Center, and US Bank Stadium. The space Bedroom - There is a queen size bed, a dresser., and an outlet with a USB port. Living room - There is a mid-centiry modern couch that can be used as an additional place to sleep. For entertainment, there is a TV equipped with Roku and a shelf of games and puzzles. Dining room - The dining room table seats 4, but you can squeeze a couple more in if necessary. Kitchen - There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee bar (Keurig, instant coffee maker, various coffee and tea options), a table with 4 chairs, pots & pans, dishes and flatware, and a refrigerator/freezer. Guest access Aside from the bedroom with a queen bed, you will have access to the first floor. this includes the entryway, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, and the bathroom. Feel free to use the front porch or the patio on the west side of the porch. During your stay It would be a rare occasion that we are on-site while a guest is staying, but just ask if you need anything! Other things to note The house was built in 1905 with an addition built on 1910. So, there are a few quirks such as a short step up into the kitchen from the dining room and two steps up from the sidewalk into the front porch. ALLERGENS: Prior to AirBnB, we had two long-term renters with cats and dogs. Despite having power cleaned and ozone-treated the house, I do not recommend staying with us if you are allergic to cats or dogs.
