There is a sofa bed in the lounge. - Please note that there is no elevator in the building. You will have to climb about 40 steps to reach the apartment, which is located on the 2nd floor. - The apartment has air conditioning. - It is common in Lisbon for electricity to go off if more than two high power electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Keep this in mind when using the appliances that the apartment has. - Please note that there will be a €20 fee for check-ins before 8am and after 10pm, and guests may be charged €40 for lost or forgotten keys inside the apartment. - The hot water boiler has limited capacity. When the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to heat up again. - Please be ecological and protect the environment.
