Welcome to House on Hope. We are a private smart-home on a quiet + residential street in the heart of Northern Liberties and Fishtown. All three floors in the home are equipped with Hue lighting to provide the ultimate vibes at your home away from home. Relax in one of our multiple private outdoor spaces. Sip your morning coffee or juice on the 3rd-floor balcony, and relax by the fire in our garden patio in the evening. The space House on Hope is a three-story home, where you will have full and private access to the home. Our ground floor has a dining table, living room with tv, appliance-filled kitchen (including 5-gallon water cooler/heater, vitamix, breville cold-press juicer, premium air fryer, Ninja coffee maker, and ninja grill). The patio is also on the ground floor, which includes seating for 4, a table, and a fire pit. Second floor has one bedroom with twin daybed and pullout twin trundle, desk, and tv. The bathroom is also located on this floor with a spa steam shower. The third floor is the master suite, loft-style, with a bathroom and attached balcony. Smart TV is in bedroom, too. Note: You will have the home to yourself privately, just stay out of locked areas: room, cabinets, and closets :) Guest access Guest will have full and private access to all areas listed here on Airbnb. (Locked room on 1st floor, locked closets and cabinets are NOT for guest access.)
