The space Cozy & Spacious 2-Bedroom (Sleep 6 max) Cottage Near Withlacoochee State Forest This property spans two lots, offering plenty of space both inside and out. Please note, the home operates on well water and uses a septic system. To help preserve the longevity of the septic tank, we kindly ask that you avoid flushing inappropriate items down the drain. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated! All adult guests must be registered at the time of booking — no unregistered visitors are permitted. The home has a strict maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Additional fees will apply if this rule is not followed. Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Relax in a Queen-sized bed. Second Bedroom: A cozy space with (2) twin size beds, perfect for kids or additional guests, with easy access to a full bathroom just down the hall. Additional Sleeping Arrangements: With prior notice, you’re welcome to bring a cot or inflatable mattress for extra sleeping space to accommodate up to possibly 6 guests. It can be set up in the spacious living room area. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate. Living Spaces: The large, inviting living room offers plenty of space—perfect for family gatherings or unwinding after a day of adventure. The dining room, just off the kitchen, is a great space for meals and conversation. You'll also enjoy the large kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and a variety of counter appliances, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. Step outside, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors, whether you're sipping coffee or soaking up the sun. Additional Amenities: Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. (No street parking allowed) Come unwind and make yourself at home in this cozy retreat. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, we’re confident you’ll love the comfort and charm this home has to offer. **Important Note** The home is located near natural, wooded areas. As is common in Florida, guests may occasionally see waterbugs or other outdoor insects, particularly during colder weather when they seek warmth indoors. Guests are expected to keep food sealed, avoid leaving crumbs on counters, and dispose of trash properly to help minimize this possibility.
