Tucked away on the outskirts of Tampa, this house can be your slice of paradise. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Relax in our private jacuzzi while you gaze out over the beautiful waterfront view. The room features a shared bathroom just feet away from your door. The kitchen, dining room, the two living rooms and the swimming pool will also be available to you at your leisure. The house was built in 2001, and features large tile flooring and high ceilings. The downstairs has separate AC controls so feel free to fine to the temperature to your liking. The entire house features conditioned water that filters out hardness and minerals, leaving skin feeling softer and clothes feeling cleaner. Reverse osmosis drinking water is available in the kitchen so you can feel safe about the water you're drinking. The house has 4 bedroom and one of the rooms that is featured downstairs is a mother-in-law suite with its own adjacent private bathroom and laundry room. This room has a king bed and will sleep up to two guests. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs that includes a master bedroom with it’s own private bathroom, two sinks, large hot tub, and a walk in shower. Another room will feature a queen bed . Right next to this room is the children’s room with a bunk bed with full over twin bed. Each bedroom door in the home is lined with a sound-proof material to help keep noise in while keeping unwanted noise out. You have full access to the entire home except for the garage. The home is located in a very quite neighborhood. The area is safe and majority of the neighbors are retired. Very friendly environment. The neighborhood is a small, quiet waterfront community. The house sits on a pond, and Lake Mango lies across the the street with deeded boat and water ski access. Teams of ducks will often be found wondering the neighborhood and backyards. Brandon mall is located just 10 minutes away with other major shopping venues lying on Brandon Blvd. Tampa is only a 20 minute drive as well. Traveling by car is your best bet, but busses run on nearby MLK Blvd. Uber is also a popular mode of transportation around here. Pool can be heated for extra $100 for 1-7 nights. Do not touch the pool heater or it may break if turned on improperly. The pool’s water and pump will need to be pre-conditioned prior to turning the pool heater on or the heater will break. Monetary charge for breaking the pool heater is $2k. Do not touch the pool heater without permission. Communicate to the hosts if you chose to heat have a heated pool. Thank you!
