The famous Schönbrunn Palace is only about 10–12 minutes away by bus (stop around the corner) or 5 minutes by car. You can easily reach Vienna's historic center in about 35–40 minutes by public transport or 20 min by car. After a day in Vienna, the private garden invites you to end the day in a relaxed manner, and on clear evenings you can watch the starry sky from the open terrace. In the house, historical elements are combined with modern design, plenty of light and carefully selected details. Spacious rooms and a warm, personal atmosphere create a temporary home – elegant and comfortable, but above all relaxed and private. The property has four separate bedrooms, equipped with high-quality beds, fine linens as well as hotel-quality duvets and pillows, of course also suitable for allergy sufferers. Large windows, clear lines and carefully selected materials create a bright, relaxed atmosphere. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom, a queen-size bedroom and a single room. On this floor there is a spacious bathroom with bathtub. Another separate guest area is located on the lower level of the house. This quiet, spacious bedroom with natural daylight has its own modern shower room. In all bathrooms you will find hotel-quality towels and high-quality toiletries. The spacious living area combines comfort with stylish design and invites you to relax. The house has centralized air conditioning in the open plan living and dining area on the ground floor, as well as additional air conditioning in the master bedroom on the upper floor. When the bedroom door is open, the cool air can circulate well in the upper area. The two other bedrooms upstairs are on the north side and are additionally equipped with fans. Experience has shown that the guest room in the basement remains particularly pleasantly cool. A special highlight is the private garden with lounge area, sun loungers and outdoor dining area. In addition, a sunny south terrace (about 10 m²) invites you to linger. Private, free parking right by the house is exclusively available to you. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, garden and terrace.
