Come relax on the covered back porch with beautiful views of High Rock Lake, NC. My guests love to return to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this property. There is a floating dock on the main channel to dock your water toys. Cozy cottage type setting with a large flat yard to park several vehicles and boats. House has washer and dryer, grill and regular coffee maker. Lexington close by for shopping, vineyards, breweries and the best BBQ in NC. Lots of areas by to explore. The space The back deck has an amazing view of the lake with a table with 6 chairs and an outdoor patio set. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is not infant and toddler safe. Please smoke only outside; sand bucket provided and clean up. No playing or climbing on top of the boat house; no diving off the dock, maximum 2 dogs. drip coffee maker. 1 King bed downstairs, 1 queen bed and 3 single beds upstairs. 2 full bathrooms downstairs and 1/2 bath upstairs. Please keep your pets on my property and pick up after them. Have fun. Guest access whole house except a couple of cleaning closets Other things to note Please use hand rails as steps may be slippery when wet. The house is not infant/toddler safe. There are steps to the lake. Not handicap accessible as there isn't a bathroom large enough to access by wheelchair. DO NOT dive off the floating dock or go on the roof of the boat house; not safe. Also, there is not access to the water from the shore; too many rocks. The floating dock has a graduated ladder for easy in and out of the water; even the pups can use it. Have fun and be safe.
