Large, cozy holiday home of 240 sqm on two floors on a closed road in Gammel Egå with good distance to (sweet) neighbors and close to child-friendly sandy beaches, forests, Aarhus, Mols Bjerge, Ebeltoft and Djurs Sommerland. There are bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor, and our house is therefore suitable for single families and for two families or couples of friends who want to spend holidays together in idyllic surroundings. There is a large garden with old fruit trees and a large trampoline. A beautiful oasis close to everything. The space Our house, where we live every day with our four children aged 4-18, was originally built in 1875. It has a rustic character and has been continuously renovated. We love staying here because it is so cozy and has such a nice atmosphere. It is not streamlined and perfect, but warm and spacious. And here there is room to be together and separately. The house is child-friendly and so is the garden. We have a high chair, baby bathtub, changing table, children's books and toys that our guests are free to use. However, our guests are responsible for their children in relation to various sockets, kitchen doors, wood-burning stove and trampoline, which are not childproof. Access to the laundry room and to the stairs up to the 1st floor is secured with a child lock. There is no child lock from top to bottom. Basement: Entrance, laundry and drying room, bathroom with bathtub and shower, bedroom with double bed, baby bed and changing area, library with double bed and access to the harbor, kitchen/living room, living room with toys and children's books and access to the garden. Office with single bed and large desk/workspace. Upper floor: Hallway with reading area, bedroom with double bed (and space for travel cot, if desired), bathroom with shower, bedroom with single bed and workspace. Our daughter's room and repos will be closed. Guest access Guests are free to use the entire house except for the teenager's room and the upstairs storage room.
