Our lovingly, modern furnished accommodation has the following amenities: × Basement × Box-spring bed 180 cm x 200 cm × Sitting area with 2 armchairs × Bar table with 2 stools × Coffee maker × Television × Grill + chairs in the private garden area × Bathroom for your own use × Kitchen (fridge-freezer, stovetop, mini oven The quiet property is a self-contained apartment and is suitable for 1-2 people with possibly 1-2 dogs. Arrival with an infant is possible by arrangement. The space In the immediate vicinity, you can reach beautiful fields, meadows and forests just a few steps away. Various hiking trails are signposted. These are by no means overcrowded so that you can enjoy not only beautiful views, but also pure tranquility. Guest access Our guests enjoy privacy. You get your own key for your own kingdom. A directly adjacent garden area is also available for your exclusive use. Other things to note Please note the heating season: October 1st to mid-May. In the other months, the central heating is turned off, which unfortunately we have no control over. Due to the size of the space, max. 1-2 dogs allowed upon request. There is an additional fee of 30.00 euros for this. From 4 nights there is an additional fee of 50,00 euro instead of 30,00 euro. In terms of allergy sufferers, a small note: Minimal animal hair is of course possible despite thorough cleaning. It's a non-smoking home. Only in the private garden area is allowed. In case of violation, there is a fee of 150.00 euros. Since there is no children's equipment, arrivals with children up to 6 years are not possible. Infants may be available on request. A 3rd adult can also stay with us at the property on an air mattress and a folding bed by arrangement and for a fee.
