We live upstairs so daily noise should be expected. One bedroom with king sized bed, attached laundry (shared) and bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen (no oven), spacious dining and living room - totaling just over 1000 sq. ft. for all guests comfort! Guest access You will have access to the entire lower level unit! Parking is in the driveway that is shared with us. Parking on street is free but also shared with neighbors. No other part of the property is to be accessed by guests. Other things to note This guest suite is below our family home, so you may hear noise upstairs from time to time or noise from the garage opening. We will try to mitigate, but we appreciate your understanding. Laundry is free to use, but it is shared with us (we will communicate if/when needed). The extra beds are a pull out couch and a queen sized air mattress. We will gladly set them up for your party before arrival. Please be respectful of our home meaning: no parties, events, or gatherings. We do live upstairs so quiet times are 10pm - 6am. ** We reserve the right to remove anyone from this property for reasons we see fit. Your booking confirms your agreement with this policy.
