The space The apartment is on the 4th floor of the Hasparren Community building, with a spectacular view of El Colorado hill, the city of Santiago, the village of Farellones and La Parva. Very well maintained, full kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, electric kettle, refrigerator, full set of dishes and kitchen utensils, full bedding and electric bed warmers, bathrooms with shower and bathtub, towels, hair dryer. It has a SmartTV (master bedroom), a closed terrace with a living room and a gas grill to share. All of its windows have a thermopanel. Guest access Direct access to Los Zorros track, Los Zorros/Cururo and ski and ticket center offices. Access hall with ski guard, covered parking with automatic gate (which is very useful during snow), bench to store shoes or boots at the entrance of the apartment, concierge available and optional cleaning service. Other things to note The building is a very pleasant family atmosphere, quiet and very well tempered in winter. Parking is underground and very safe and very secure. The apartment is very bright and temperate naturally as it has a north orientation, therefore it is very warm winter and the terrace is closed to better conserve the heat.
