Corner Condo- ON Mountain!

Perfect cozy corner unit condo on mountain at Sunday River! You can’t get any closer to all the action. Park your car and never leave. Plenty of places to get comfortable , cook your own meals and enjoy the views. Sleeping arrangements are bunk bed (2 singles with a brand new top bunk mattress 2/25/26), Queen pull out Serta sleeper couch and full size couch (not a pull out). Our unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. The space On mountain studio condo with private parking. 1 parking pass is provided for our guests. Parking pass will be hanging in the kitchen and you are required to display this in your vehicle for the duration of your stay. Please leave the parking pass where you found them so the next guest can enjoy the easy parking! If you have more vehicles, you can park in Lot #5 or #6 without a parking pass. The unit has a keypad for entry and there is a renters key for access to the actual building and the pool building. The renters key is inside the condo. Make sure to leave the renters key in the condo when checking out. Ski right out of the parking lot to White Cap and enjoy a fantastic day on the mountain! Guest access Parking pass is provided for 1 vehicle. Our condo is on mountain steps away from White Cap and just a short walk or drive to South Ridge and Barker. Other things to note Sunday River is a fantastic mountain and slope side accommodations are hard to find! Come stay at our cozy condo and enjoy an amazing, relaxing stay. Our private attached deck extends your living area while you stay at the condo.
