Location, location, location. This townhouse sits in the heart of Orlando. Bars, restaurants, antique stores--you can walk to it all! But if you feel like driving, whether to Disney (30min) or chic Winter Park (5min), parking is not a problem as you will have two dedicated parking spaces. The space The 2 bedrooms are situated on the second floor. Each has 2 full beds and a private bathroom with a shower (total 4 beds 2 showers). Each bedroom also has an Echo Dot and a TV with access to DirecTV and Netflix. WiFI access is throughout the place. All linens and towels are sanitized with bleach. The downstairs has a back patio, gas grill, kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, TV, and bathroom. The centerpiece of the living room is a blue leather chesterfield sofa imported from England (please be careful). Guest access You will have full access except the storage closet below the stairs. Other things to note Since this is a townhouse, there are neighbors. Please no loud noise after 9pm. No bachelor/bachelorette parties. I enjoy sharing my home but want people who will take care of it and respect it.
