A well located comfortable garden studio, only 1/2 a mile from Watergate Bay Beach. The space The studio is self contained, has a small kitchenette with a sink, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster - there is NO cooker. Shower room with sink and toilet. You have your own outside seating area Guest access We are happy for guests to wander up the field especially to watch the sunsets out to sea but please be aware this is a shared space with family. Other things to note Bedding and towels supplied
