Private luxury room with a king-size bed and a separate smaller bed with its own private bathroom and a private balcony with chairs and table to enjoy the view. The room includes a tv, fridge, coffee machine and a closet-room to store your luggages. The house is located in the eastern entrance of the city next to the sea. The nearest beach is only 200 meters away or couple which has a nice beach bar where you can enjoy your beer or coffee. The space The luxury room is part of Fani's and Dimitri's house which is located in a quiet area very close to the sea side. The first floor of the house is occupied by the owners, Dimitris and Fani, while the second floor is dedicated to the guests. The second floor has two more rooms and a living room but the guests who are stayng at the luxury room have their own space and they don't share it with the rest of the guests. The house is located in the eastern entrance of the city just above the sea side. The nearest beach is only 200 meters away or couple of minutes walking which has a nice beach bar where you can enjoy your beer or coffee. Very close to the house there is a nice restaurant next to the beach where you enjoy your lunch or dinner and have a nice city view. You can also find a grocery store and a super market less than 5 minutes walking. The area is very quiet and there is space to park your car at any time. Guest access The room is located inside the owners' house and guests have access from a common entrance. The room is nevertheless large and gives the feeling of a separate apartment.
