Check the street view to see how central this location is within the city. Using a lift, you will be staying on the top floor of the building which is the same level as the pool and gym. Then relax at the rooftop pool to marvel at the city view or take a work-out at the gym. Museum station is only minutes of walking distance away. You can use it to visit any other part of Sydney quickly. In fact, you can take a train from the airport, get out at Museum Train Station and then walk a couple of minutes to reach the apartment. The train ride takes around 13 minutes. If however, you prefer to take a taxi, the taxi will take approximately 20 minutes (between $45 to $60 depending on traffic). Buses are your other option to travel around Sydney. There are several options and depending on where you would like to go, the bus stops are again only a short walk. This happens twice a year in the morning on a random weekday. All guests must accept this as a possibility. ✪ PARTY, NOISE AND ANY VIOLATIONS • Absolutely NO PARTIES! Please don’t be noisy after 10 PM. • Excessive noise or violations of any of the terms of this agreement will be grounds for immediate termination of occupancy. If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within the apartment, your booking will be cancelled. You may be charged a cleaning fee of $800.00 AUD and a $3,000 penalty fee. Furthermore, you will be escorted off the premises by security or police, and no refund will be given. ✪ DAMAGES AND LOST KEYS • If you notice any damage to the apartment which could be caused by previous guests, please take a photo of it from 3 different distances and send to us through email. • You accept responsibility for any damages caused during your stay. • If you accidentally break anything in the apartment during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. • If you lose a key, the expense could equate to more than USD 200 (two hundred USD). ✪ IMPORTANT • Failure to obey house rules will result in immediate booking cancellation and eviction. • There is always a chance of construction nearby our properties and we aren’t given notice prior. If this happens during your stay, we are unfortunately not able to compensate as it is outside of our control. We also cannot be responsible for building or street-wide power outages that are out of our control (extremely rare). For parking – there is parking within the building. This is managed by the building managers and you would see them directly with payment. If you do require parking – please contact me so that I can ensure a space will be made available for you. If on the chance there are no spaces available – there is parking next door for the same rate. Other things to note FIRE ALARM ACTIVATION FROM FIRE OR SMOKE: This building is directly linked to the NSW Fire Brigade. NSW has in place very strict rules regarding the steam/smoke/heat alarm being activated. Activating the fire alarm can result in a billable event of $1776.00. ** COOKING ** - DO NOT create any smoke, steam or fire when cooking or toasting inside the apartment. - DO NOT leave any type of cooking (including toaster) unattended. - DO NOT let your cooking or toast/crumpets/bread burn. - ALWAYS OPEN windows and rangehood when using the cooktop. If you cause the activation of the fire alarm – there may likely be a cost of $1,750 - payable before you check out. ********** NO SMOKING will be tolerated inside the apartment. If evidence of smoke is noted - a fine of $250 will be applied via the resolution centre. ********** PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within the apartment, your booking will be cancelled.
