It is located in the popular district of Speldorf near Duisburg Zoo and the University of Duisburg-Essen. The space Mülheim Speldorf borders Duisburg. The district is popular because it is in the countryside and yet close to the universities of Duisburg-Essen and Mülheim. The neighborhood offers Italian, German and Greek cuisine, trendy pubs with live music, a theater, tennis, golf and a park. Supermarkets are also within walking distance. In a few minutes you are in the city center of Duisburg and at the inner harbor. The apartment itself has everything that daily life requires. It is newly renovated and equipped with an efficient and well-equipped kitchen. It was furnished with a lot of love for detail, so you feel right at home as a guest. On request and as needed, we provide free fresh linens and towels. Guest access Casa Luisa is available for guests' exclusive use.
