Kingsize bedroom with en-suite and Summerhouse £50

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene place. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac and 2 mins walk from the house there’s a Co op, the Bistro restaurant and bar, the Bluebell café, post office and bus stops 2 minutes walking distance. The city centre and the Mumbles is 10 mins by car. The famous Gower Peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty is 15 mins by car. The space You will have one large kingsize bedroom in a light spacious house with your own private en-suite shower and toilet. The room is suitable for 1 or 2 guests, a light breakfast tea/ coffee is included. The room contains a very comfortable kingsize bed, a double wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, coffee and tea making facilities in the room and a flat screen TV with Netflix and Prime included. The summerhouse is very relaxing has 2 sofas, a TV with Netflix/Prime and WIFI and is fully insulated. You will share the house with me (the owner). Guest access You can help yourselves to cereal, toast,tea/coffee which will be provided in the kitchen. You can use the summer house in the day time /early evening. During your stay I’m always available either in the house or via text/ email. Other things to note Smokers are allowed to smoke in the garden. I would like 24hrs minimum for a reservation request.
