This is our newest AIRBNB-totally remodelled from top to bottom. Brand new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. New hardwood flooring throughout. New contemporary Floyd sofas and chairs. We also have a washer and dryer in the hallway. This is a ranch home with a double car garage. Very close to the highway off of 67th & I35 and also close to Shawnee Mission Medical Center. This 3 bedroom home has just been remodeled to be up to date like our other homes with this one being unique with it's own style. It is a ranch home with a two car garage and two bathrooms, and a huge fenced in yard. It has brand new hardwood floors throughout, new kitchen cabinets, and new windows in the front. Plus two fireplaces with fireplace glass. Of course since this is our newest VRBO, we have new bedding as well. The home has had walls removed to be open throughout the dining, kitchen and living areas. We have two sofas that were custom ordered from Floyd and also has two cream colored leather barrel chairs. The tv is a Smart TV with an antenna, connected to high speed internet and Firecast TV stick and dvr. It has all the local channels and you can also record and or connect to your favorite tv apps like Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, etc. We wash all bedding between guests including quilts and mattress protectors. Our extra bedding like blankets are bagged so that we know they are clean and sterile. We wipe down high touched light switches and door handles with disinfectant. We provide lysol wipes and hand sanitizer. Plus sterile sponges and rags in the kitchen area. We provide contactless check in with our smart lock that we change the code for each guest. Our home is just 5 minutes off the highway near 67th & I35 for easy access north to downtown and the plaza or south. The home is only 1.5 miles from Shawnee Mission Medical Center for someone who might need to visit family that is being treated there. We are also only 8 miles from KU Medical Center. We are only 19 miles to Arrowhead Stadium or Kauffman Stadium. We have four other properties with three in Johnson County and the fouth one located in Fort Walton Beach, Fl right on the beach near Destin. We are considered super hosts and even though this place is new, we pride ourselves on this one to be just as comfortable and enjoyable as the others. Most of our guests come back and contact us to see if one of our other properties is not available to see if I can help them figure out if one of our other places will be just as convenient for their next stay. This is completely your home while staying here. Enjoy! We offer contactless checkin but always answer our phone if you need us. We have wonderful sidewalks for walking around. Lots of trees and great neighbors. About a mile from our house is one of the entrances to Turkey Creek Streamway Trail for hiking or biking. Please let us know what brings you to KC and what guests will be staying. We do allow pets but this also needs to be communicated with us. We do charge an additional one time $50 pet fee that has to be requested separately. If you have just joined AIRBNB, I will also ask for a copy of your driver's license.
