Little cocoon in the Plateau

For a warm Montreal experience! You will be well received and I am full of resources if needed! The space The apartment is located on the base of Mont-Royal mountain, one minute walking distance to Mont-Royal and Saint-Laurent avenue and St-Denis street. It is the most central location in Montreal. Everything is close by: coffee shops, restaurants, downtown, vintage shops, food markets, public parcs, tennis courts and a lot more. The Mont-Royal mountain is a very nice place to go for a run in the forest and to enjoy the incredible overview of Montreal, summer or winter. The apartment have one large bedroom (with a brand new posture therapeutic memory foam mattress!), a living room with a sofa-bed that can sleep 2 people, a large dining room that can sit up to 10 people, a fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. It is possible to negotiate a price for monthly renting. Please message me so we can talk about it! Other things to note The parking situation in the Plateau is always an isue. But with patience, you will always find a free spot around. Make sure you are not in a resident only zone!
