Our very modernly equipped apartment with terrace and balcony is located in the architecturally special "IBA energy-saving house" - on the third floor - just a few meters away from the water and the dyke in the colorful Wilhelmsburg district. There are many walking paths and places to shop. The main train station is well connected from here and can be reached in 16-20 minutes. I am happy to welcome you. I travel a lot, so you usually have the apartment to yourself. The space The apartment has about 100 square meters, a large balcony with a view. The pergola can be used as a sun terrace, as the sun shines there most of the day. You have your own separate room with a 140 x 200 sofa bed and a large TV in case the weather doesn't suit you. There is a spacious open-plan kitchen and a large bathroom. I want you to feel comfortable and am available anytime for questions or concerns. Guest access You have your own lockable room. The kitchen, living room as well as balcony and pergola can easily be shared. There is a spacious bathroom with shower tub.
