The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The basement has laundry, a full bathroom, exercise equipment, a foosball table, and small pole table. Guests have access to the back porch through sliding glass door and there is a gas/charcoal/smoker grill. The location is Peaceful and in a beautiful neighborhood with practically zero crime. Parking is free. The driveway is four lanes wide, and guests may use the middle two lanes. 4 cars fit easily. Guest access You have full access to entire house and basement. Basement has laundry, exercise equipment, foosball table, and full bathroom. Other things to note This is a duplex, so one side may be vacant or occupied simultaneously, but you are entirely separate. **Smoking** No smoking is allowed inside Poland Place. Upon discovery of evidence, a 500 dollar fee will be charged. **Parking** The driveway is four lanes wide. Guests may use the middle two lanes.
