(No exceptions; a fee of up to $250 fee will be charged if the home smells.) - Check-in is at 3pm. - Early check-in depends if the home is cleaned early, you may ask if it is available to check-in early the day of and we will confirm. - By booking this home, you agree to NO FLUSHING of baby wipes or female products in the toilet. Toilet is sensitive, will clog & can take up to 24 hrs to fix. If any of the above toilet issues, there is a fee of up to $300 for plumber fees. - We are not liable or responsible for any items left behind.
