Blue Heron Waterfront Cottage on Mill River

Beautiful waterfront cottage located on Mill River. The property sleeps up to 8 people with 2 bedrooms containing 3 queen beds and a bunkie with 2 bunk beds. The yard has a bonfire pit and access to stairs down to the beach where you can dig clams or go kayaking (we have 6). The large open patio is great for drinking hot coffee in the morning or watching the sunset with a cold beverage in the evening. 18 hole and 9 hole golf courses are nearby. Tourism Lic# 4000249 The space The main level of the cottage consists of the living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the second level is the master bedroom with a queen bed that overlooks the water and the second bedroom with two queen beds. Each bedrooms and the open concept main level have heat pumps with AC. There is a deck off the master bedroom that overlooks the water - with amazing views. The bunkhouse has two bunk beds, TV and a large full bathroom - NOTE - the bunkie is not winterized and cannot be used from October until June. Therefore we can only sleep 6 in the cottage during the winter months. You'll have access to the beach via stairs that lead to the water. Kayaks are available to our guests as well as a fire pit at the edge of the property that overlooks the water. Take a shovel and a bucket and go to the waters edge and dig for clams, they are a treat on a summer evening. Guest access You will have the full use of the cottage and yard during your stay.
