Private patio with table,chairs and a grill. The space The master bedroom has a queen bed and sits at the front of the house. The smaller bedroom has a full size bed and sits to the back of the house. LVT floors throughout the common areas and office. The 4k tv is in the back family room that attaches to the garage. There are tons of windows throughout so you get a lot of natural light. 3 spaces for eating.. 6 person dining table in the front room, 2 seats at the open peninsula at the family room entrance and 4 seats at the table on the patio. Guest access Enjoy the entire space. Front living room, back family room and back patio.
