Keep your eyes open for otters, whales and sea lions! The house is on the inland side of the road with direct beach access to the bay. Enjoy a spacious patio/barbecue area with a great view. Within easy walking distance of Millers Landing. The space Lowell Point Lookout is in a popular location just a couple miles south of town, surrounded by trees with a fantastic view of the bay! When the fireweed is blooming along the bay, your view will be as Alaskan as it gets! Wild mountains, fireweed and blue seas. The cabin is serviced by a water catchment system so we ask our guests be mindful of the usage of water- especially in months that have little to no rain. Guest access The upstairs room has an access door from the outside of the building with a regular staircase, however, the stairs leading up to in from the inside are more of ladder and not suitable for young children or elderly guests Other things to note This home is located outside of town. The road is not paved but is maintained by the City. The drive is incredible! It is a narrow road that meanders between the mountainside and the ocean. The home is on a water catchment system so we ask our guests to be mindful of their water usage.
