The stainless-steel kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and air fryer—perfect for easy meal prep. You'll also find pantry staples stocked and ready for your culinary adventures. Upstairs, the loft provides a cosy reader's nook with comfortable seating and a library, along with a dedicated workspace to focus or unwind. The apartment is climate-controlled with two split-system units and ceiling fans to ensure comfort throughout your stay. One of the highlights of this property is the shared rooftop area, offering world-class views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. This vibrant space is perfect for socialising, featuring seating, dining tables, and a BBQ—ideal for alfresco dinners while soaking in the breathtaking skyline, though please note it cannot be booked exclusively for Christmas Day or New Year's Eve. Both bedrooms have been upgraded for your comfort—the primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and ample wardrobe space, offering a serene retreat. The second ensuite, which doubles as the main bathroom, features a unique two-way access design and a circular spa bath, allowing you to relax while soaking in the city views. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and drying rack, and for those bringing a vehicle, there is street parking available as well as off-street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Guest access During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourself, inc. the rooftop shared communal outdoor terrace. Please make yourself at home! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ~ Linen ~ Please note that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of the stay. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee. There is one bath towel per guest for your entire stay and one bathroom set per bathroom which includes 2 face towels, 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat. Any spare linen we keep on site are not for use during your stay. If you do use any component of these linen or bath sets, we will need to charge for the use since we hire these items. The additional charge for open and used linens are: $7 for bath sets, $29 for bed sets, $10 for bath towels ~ Complimentary Toiletries ~ Please note the hotel type toiletry kit we supply is complimentary for you, and is designed to just start off your stay. This kit is not designed as a replacement for your own preferred toiletries for the duration of your stay, and cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one kit per bathroom (not one per guest staying) ~ Mid Stay Cleaning Services ~ We also offer 3hr mid-stay professional cleaning service with the following options: 1. Full Cleaning Only (no linen delivery changeover or toiletry supplies top up) – $150 *Message us to book your mid stay cleaning service! ~ Long Stays ~ Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. ~ Location Note ~ The apartment is on a ridge above an Australian Navy Depot, with a full working wharf. This means that there may be navy ships docked at the wharf, and whilst there may be some associated noise, they will not obstruct the view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. ~ Parking ~ There are some dedicated parking spots for the building that are located just outside the building, but spots are not guaranteed at all times. For those dedicated spots you will require a parking permit, which we will supply to you upon request. We can only supply 1 parking permit for 1 vehicle maximum. There is also street parking that is managed by the local council in time limit spots. We can supply a street parking permit that allows you to park for longer period if this is required. ~ Rooftop Common Area ~ There is a common area available to all tenants on the recently renovated rooftop that overlooks Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Royal Botanical Gardens. This area contains outdoor dining table and chairs for all to enjoy.
