We rent our 40 sqm apartment (incl. terrace) on the first floor of our house. It is close to the highway and is therefore easily accessible. The apartment has direct access to the garden with a separate entrance. Large windows with shutters allow views of nature. It is fully furnished and has a small kitchen with fridge, small oven, 2 hotplates as well as kettle and a fully automatic coffee machine. We are mainly looking for commuters, preferably for longer. The space The living room is simply and modernly furnished with wood and exposed concrete as formative elements. Other things to note For breakfast, there is a small bakery within walking distance. Ideally, we are looking for tenants who go "home" on the weekend.
