My house is on the north shore and on a hill so you have beautiful views all day long. Guest access The entire house. And the canoe and kayak. Other things to note There is a shared pier that is used in the summer May-Sept. The pontoon boat owner uses the pier only but he and his guests need access through the yard between noon and 9 pm
