It also has a ceiling fan for added comfort. The attic bedroom features air conditioning, two single beds (80x200) that are not suitable for guests of a heavier build or overweight, and direct access to the terrace. •  2 bathrooms with shower: one on the ground floor and one in the attic. •  Private sunny terrace in the attic. •   Self check-in via lockbox with code. •   Free WiFi with coverage in the ground floor, not in the attic. •   Air conditioning for cooling and heating in living-room and attic, ceiling fan in main bedroom and small portable electric heaters in all rooms. • Extra portable fans. •   Smart TV (you can access your Netflix account). Guest access Restricted Areas & Use: • Air conditioning, fans, heating and lights must be switched off whenever you leave the apartment for several hours. Leaving the air conditioning in the living room running during these absences is not permitted. The container on the balcony that collects the water may overflow and spill onto the street, potentially resulting in a city hall fine. Accumulated water could also be drawn back into the indoor unit and cause damage. • Heating: the air conditioning units provide heating in the living room and attic. Small electric heaters are available for the main bedroom. •. Natural gas central heating is available only upon request, at an additional cost of €10 per day. This charge applies to the entire stay, not just selected days.    •   Some kitchen cabinets and closets are private so not accessible to guests.    •   Access to the locked attic room is not permitted.    •   Please respect all signs marked “PRIVADO/PRIVATE” throughout the apartment.    •   The building’s garage is private property and not accessible to guests. There is easy free street parking just 50 meters from the apartment. Other things to note The tourist tax must be paid immediately after the booking is confirmed. The stated amount is €1.75 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights, but is subject to changes in legislation. The rate in effect on the dates of your stay will apply. Consult the official information published by the Government of Catalonia or contact us to confirm the applicable amount. You will receive a payment link through Airbnb. Guests aged 16 or under are exempt; the tax applies to guests aged 17 and over. All guests must complete the mandatory guest registration form immediately after the booking is confirmed. We will send you a link to complete the process online. The booking must include everyone who will be staying in the apartment, even if they stay for only part of the visit. Additional guests who are not included in the booking are not permitted to enter the apartment or stay overnight. The accommodation is intended for tourist stays. Bookings for work, training, study, professional use, groups or similar purposes, as well as corporate bookings, bookings made on behalf of third parties and/or any stay longer than 14 nights, are subject to specific conditions.
