Alternatively, small portable heaters are provided in every room. A/C units can be used for heating also.    •   Some kitchen cabinets and closets are private so not accessible to guests.    •   Access to the locked attic rooms is not permitted.    •   Please respect all signs marked “PRIVADO/PRIVATE” throughout the apartment.    •   The building’s garage is private property and not accessible to guests. There is easy free street parking just 50 meters from the apartment. Other things to note The tourist tax, which is €1.75 per person per night for up to 7 nights, must be paid immediately after booking confirmation (guests under 16 are exempt from this tax; guests aged 17 and over are charged).
