It’s been lovingly remodeled, but is still old and has its quirks. You need to know this before arriving. Do not expect perfect and new! This house is over 150 years old. It’s creaks when the wind blows and makes noises like all old houses. The owner expects guests to respect the house and enjoy it but not abuse it. Guest access Entire home. Other things to note Directly across the street from Prospect Ski area, Mount Snow 20 min drive, Manchester 35 min, and much more. This home has a horse barn and workshop - it’s very clearly marked, but guests are not allowed near or in these spaces. Guests will be asked to leave without a refund if found in these areas. They are not near the rental home. 1. There’s a pond on the property and it should not be walked on - it does NOT freeze over and there’s risk of falling through the ice 🧊. 2. Do not go by horses or beyond the signs that indicate off limits. We love our horses, but obviously we can’t promise they will be friendly, so we keep our guests at a distance. 3. Please Do not block the entry door - plow and sand truck is often in and out & we need to get in and out to the barn. 4. Absolutely nothing other than toilet Paper down toilets.
