Condo in Telluride

This condo is close to Telluride Town Park, Free Gondola, Restaurants, Nightlife, Galloping Goose (free in-town transportation) and Main Street (Colorado Avenue). It is the perfect location for you to walk everywhere. Although you will not need your car while you are here, there is one reserved parking space in a garage for you. Telluride Business License #171 The space This condo is unique in that it is a studio condo, but offers a full sized kitchen with all the items needed to create meals after a day of mountain activities. There is also a steam shower to help ease those aches and pains as well as a soaking tub. The bathroom also offers a marble heated floor to keep your toes toasty. Up to two dogs may be considered on a case by case basis and a $100 pet fee will apply. We love puppies but only dogs one year or older are welcome. Guest access The entire condo is available to use and has a coded door. The building also has coded entry doors to keep the common areas private to the public. Other things to note This condo is located in a building with other condos. It is located on the first floor therefore there are neighbors above. The condo is located at street level and in a business district so there may be street noise during the daytime hours. ONCE YOU'VE BOOKED, PLEASE PRINT OUT THE HOUSE MANUAL WITH VERY IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS AND CHECK-IN INFORMATION! Some cell phone carriers have spotty service in Telluride. This is one reason it is important to have the directions and check-in info printed, in case you cannot access it on your phone when you've arrived to town. *Inquiries asking to circumvent AirBnB will not be considered. *Requests for early check-in must be made prior to arrival to town. *AirBnB does not collect the security deposit up-front.
