Reserve now! The space There is 1 California queen bed and 2 additional twin bunk beds. Guests have access to kitchenette with microwave, oven and dishes/full size fridge. Guests also have access to 1 parking space in driveway. Washer and dryer available on site as well. Detergent included. Work station for remote work with excellent Wi-Fi. Guest access Basement apartment/driveway parking for 1 car. Other things to note The unit above the basement is occupied by a family. Quiet hours are strict from from 10 pm - 8 am. Let us know via message if you have any issues with noise from the residents above or difficulty utilizing anything in the apartment. Basement guests may not access the backyard or upstairs for any reason. There is no street parking allowed. Please only park in the driveway.
