The space The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern brand appliances (Bosch, Siemens) and invites you to socialize while cooking and eating. The adjacent covered terraces (including barbecue) are the attractive outdoor options for dining with panoramic views. The east terrace offers views down the valley to Abarán and Blanca. The swing egg sweetens the morning coffee and gets you in the mood for the day. The west terrace awaits with a 180° view of the mountains and the pool, from the Hollywood swing the enjoyment is particularly intense. The open, house-high living room with a large fireplace, cozy sofas and a view of the gallery radiates a feel-good atmosphere and relaxation. The gallery on the 1st floor is a work, social and, if necessary, quiet zone in one. The large wooden table with six chairs offers plenty of opportunities for meetings and workplaces. The opposite chill corner on pallet sofas is optionally a place for social conversations, presentations or just a retreat to read and relax. The gallery has an exit to the open balcony terrace. There are seating areas for coffee and/or cigarette breaks. After dark, you can admire the overwhelming starry sky and the Milky Way from here. A large and a smaller bathroom, both with toilet, shower and daylight, are available on the ground floor. In the separate laundry room there is a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and various cleaning equipment. From the living room you enter the bedroom area with four bedrooms. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet with hangers, clothing storage boxes, yoga mats and yoga pillows. All bedrooms have a stool, daylight, double-leaf windows with folding shutters for darkening and external blinds. Guest access Our guests have free access to all areas of the house. Only a small storage room for consumables is reserved for the sole use of the cleaning staff. The same applies to the outdoor area: with the exception of the small technical room for pool maintenance by the pool service staff, our guests can use the entire outdoor area in full. Other things to note A highlight in Domicilio de Vida is the exclusive, fully automatic pool (8 x 4 m) with an absolutely picturesque pool terrace, surrounded by nature and with open mountain views. Framed by natural stone walls, almond and olive trees, pool loungers, hammock and the chill lounge seating area under the pergola offer pure refreshment and relaxation. When the pool light makes the water sparkle turquoise at the onset of darkness, the starry sky begins to shine, the carefree togetherness with family and friends makes life really worth living and a dreamy day ends with a good glass of wine from the region, paradise can't be far away. A paved open space of more than 100 square meters allows numerous outdoor activities such as yoga, Qi Gong, Pilates or meditation. Free and fast Internet is available throughout the house, on all three terraces and in the pool area. Numerous Spanish, English and German channels and radio programs are available on the 50-inch flat-screen TV. The entire area is fenced and offers a spacious and safe free-range area for dogs on 9000 sqm. A separately fenced dog kennel with a hut is available for use if needed. Parking spaces in sufficient number and size are available free of charge on the fenced property.
