A beautiful room in a countryside home with a boutique spa style, to relax and unwind while you explore the breath-taking Hampshire countryside. Perfect for walkers, cyclists, romantic getaways or a friends break, this quiet, comfortable home is within walking distance of multiple country pubs, cafes and restaurants yet has the peace and quiet for total relaxation. Enjoy the private hot tub, our local vineyard, or hit the beach. Goodwood is 30 mins, as is the New Forest and London 1 hr. The space Welcome! If you are reading this, then you are already half way to booking a really special, relaxing stay in a beautiful private room within my countryside house- great choice! The house is an old house that has been modernised with beautiful wooden floors, open spaces and a calm relaxing feel. It's the ideal space to put your feet up after a busy day exploring the Southdowns, or perhaps as a resting spot on a cycling or sailing trip. Absolutely ideal for nature lovers with miles and miles of fields right on the doorstep- a birdwatchers paradise! The space available is a private boutique style bedroom with ensuite within our beautiful home. The hot tub is in the garden, which can be used exclusively by guests when pre booked. I live in the house also and will be around should you have questions or need help, advice or tips! I invite guests to feel at home whilst staying with me but am also respectful of this being your special time away and so will ensure you have that quiet time also!Luckily the house is big with lots of spaces to ensure you feel comfortable and with lots of lovely country pubs, a tapas and cocktail bar and cafe all within walking distance, I am sure that you will love staying here as much as I do! Guest access Private En suite bedroom Hot Tub (Private use for 2 hours @ a pre agreed time) Dining table in a shared space (which can be used privately at an allocated time, if requested prior to arrival) No kitchen use but cutlery, plates, glasses available for guests. Other things to note The littlest member of our family, but definitely the wisest is our dog Gracie. She’s 14 and will totter around the downstairs in the lounge and garden. She would love you to say hello and is very friendly. She doesn’t bark or jump so if you are not a fan of dogs, she won’t disturb you.
