King Sized bedroom in old farmhouse

Come and spend some nights in an old farmhouse in the East Suffolk countryside in a large king sized bed with private bath / shower room (not en-suite). Lovely countryside views and ideally suited for Snape, Aldeburgh, Southwold, Woodbridge, Minsmere and Framlingham as well as numerous footpaths for country walks. If you are a fan of Geocaching then there are large numbers in the area including one right here on the site. We have a dog, cats and horses so the real country experience The space The house was built in 1860, we moved here in 2001 and built an extension. We've been gradually renovating since then. This was our family home until the children flew the nest. Guest access As well as the bedroom guests can use the dining room and garden. Other things to note We can cater for horses (field) if anyone wants to have a holiday with their own horse. We have a 2nd bedroom available if you are travelling with friends or family and would like to stay in one place. There is a continental breakfast available in the dining room, this includes items such as croissants, muffins, cereal and butter / jam. This does all depend on stock as being rural we only go to supermarkets once a week. The room includes shampoo, conditioner and shower / bath gel and we can provide for those forgotten emergencies such as toothbrush / paste if needed as well as sanitary ware. The bathroom is accessed along the hallway from the room. There are no catering facilities available, such as a kitchen or fridge / freezer. Please also note, like many rural properties, we do not have mains drains so please don't put anything except functions and toilet paper in the toilets. Guests will be provided with a key after check-in so they have freedom to come and go, or we can send details of the key safe if we won't be here. In the room there are details of local eateries, shops and places to visit. If you have any particular requirements then please request in advance.
