Please contact our Reservations Department in advance to confirm availability. • Pets are only permitted in properties specifically listed as “pet-friendly.” For those homes, a $150 + tax non-refundable pet fee applies and must be included at the time of booking. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rental properties. • The rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance. Any overage will be charged at $0.15 per kWh, based on meter readings. • If the home features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ, please note that the built-in grill is reserved for owner use only. A standalone gas BBQ will be available for guest use. • For bookings made through Airbnb, you will receive an additional email from Vesteva Vacation Rentals.
