The entire area in the garden is exclusive to the guests (the renting family), the large balcony, the living area and the veranda in the garden are completely exclusive to the guests. Guest access There are 4 rooms in the villa, there are 2 beds in the 1st room on the lower floor, the other room is a living room and kitchen together (there is an 18,000 air conditioner in this room), it has the power to heat or cool the lower floor, there is also a bathroom and toilet on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs (there is air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms upstairs. 1 room has an en-suite bathroom and toilet. The villa and its garden are completely exclusive to the renting family. It is surrounded and the use of the patio in the garden is also exclusive to the tenants. Note (the security camera shows the garden outdoors. There is no camera indoors.) Other things to note The villa is in a modest location for families.
