Villa Leopard Grimaud is a large luxury villa with private pool within walking distance of the medieval village of Grimaud and a 10-minute drive from the port of Port Grimaud and the beaches of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. From the terraces, you have a magnificent view of the surroundings and the medieval castle of Grimaud. The villa accommodates 10 people in 5 bedrooms on two levels. The villa is luxurious and fully furnished, both indoors and outdoors. The space The villa accommodates 10 people on two levels in 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have a kitchenette with seating area. All 5 bedrooms/apartments have good beds, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The new kitchen is fully equipped. In the garden (which is completely private) there is a heated swimming pool and there are several seats on different terraces. There is an outdoor kitchen and there are two gas BBQs. The house is fenced and secured. There is good WiFi. INSIDE The house is spread over two floors (without internal connection) and 1 of the rooms is a detached gite. The house has been recently renovated and luxuriously and contemporarily furnished with quality furniture. All bedrooms have double beds (180×200) and air conditioning. On the upper floor, you will find a living room, dining room, luxurious and fully equipped kitchen, the master suite with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet, and a large terrace with magnificent views of the surroundings and the Castle of Grimaud. On the terrace, there is a large dining table for 10 people, a large lounge corner and a gas BBQ. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, high refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, induction cooktop, Nespresso and a kettle. The ground floor is at garden level where the swimming pool is also located. Here you will find three separate apartments/suites that are each individually accessible: 1. "Pool apartment": luxury apartment with high-quality double bed (180×200), sitting area, bathroom and kitchenette with dining area. The apartment has a covered terrace and air conditioning. 2. “La Gîte”: detached luxury apartment with high-quality double bed (180×200), sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom, air conditioning and a private terrace. 3. “Garden suite”: luxury bedroom with bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning and covered terrace. The kitchenettes are equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso and cooking utensils. There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. OUTSIDE The villa is located just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful historic center of Grimaud. A very nice village with nice restaurants, some bars and art galleries. Also with 2 bakers and a small supermarket. Discover for yourself which seat in the garden is the best at what time of day. Our personal favorite place is the upper terrace with its great views of the valley and the castle of Grimaud. Here is a large lounge area and a dining table for 10 people. There is also a gas BBQ here. Another favorite spot is around the swimming pool in the garden. The private pool is rectangular and measures 8 x 5 m. The maximum depth is 1.5 m. Cleaning is done with chlorine. The swimming pool is heated in the pre- and post-season. On the terrace next to the pool there are several sunbeds and seats and also on this floor there is a large dining table. There is an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and a gas BBQ.
