Please do not move or modify furniture without permission, and secure valuables in the safety box (we're not responsible for lost items). Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. Guests are responsible for any damage and should report maintenance issues immediately. Note: the villa is in a tropical village, so occasional insects, animals, and noise are expected. Baby amenities are available upon request (extra charge), and pocket Wi-Fi is available. A dedicated parking area is provided for motorbike parking. Kindly be informed that there's a building construction nearby, contributing to noticeable noise during the daytime.
