The Dúplex el Bufi is a new, fully renovated apartment that occupies the third and fourth floors of a 4-story building. It is Nordic and natural in style and is located in the middle of the old town of Solsona, very close to Carrer Castell, which is the main commercial axis of the city. It's ideal for couples and families who want to enjoy a few days of rest in the city. The space This 70m2 duplex is spread over two floors. On the third floor there is a hall, two bedrooms with double beds, the main bathroom and a small pantry space. On the fourth floor, there is a space with a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, another bathroom and a beautiful roof equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the tranquility of summer evenings in the old town. The apartment has an elevator with a stop on each floor. Guest access Access to the building and the apartment is via electronic keypads. Guests enter with the code provided to them on the day of check-in. Very close to the apartment, there are numerous places to visit, such as Plaça de Sant Joan, Plaça Major, Carrer Castell and Portal del Camp, among others. There are also several pastry shops and bakeries/tasting rooms where you can have breakfast and snacks, and numerous bars and restaurants for lunch and dinner. Free public parking is available just 100 meters from the accommodation. Private parking with an automatic gate is offered just 500 meters from the home, subject to availability (see price). Other things to note We'd appreciate it if you took care of the facilities and furniture as if you were at home. In Solsona, we do door-to-door selective collection, a very efficient waste management system, so we ask that the trash be properly separated in the apartment. For short stays, we'll take care of the waste at the collection point, but for long stays, the waste must be deposited on the street according to the established calendar and schedule.
